Account Creation & Security
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when opening accounts. Securing your account privacy is your responsibility. Sharing login details with others is forbidden. Transactions will be blocked if verification is incomplete.
User Responsibilities
Compliant and legal use of services is mandatory. Age restrictions must be respected when placing bets. Involvement in illegal or fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited. All platform rules must be followed.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are not allowed to open multiple accounts. Any activity intended to commit fraud, manipulate, or harm the system is prohibited. Please place bets and follow payment instructions exactly as outlined by the platform. Accounts may be suspended or closed for rule violations.
Payment & Transaction Info
Our primary currency is BDT (৳). Transactions are fast and secure. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers. Transactions may be canceled if incorrect information is provided. Withdrawal and deposit terms apply.
Liability
V11 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses. Users are responsible for properly managing their bets. Efforts will be made to resolve any technical issues causing losses. Users bear full responsibility for transaction accuracy and data correctness.
Account Policy
Account suspension, closure, or reactivation are subject to v11 terms. Any suspicious activity will be promptly investigated and appropriate actions taken. Account details may be modified or canceled based on customer claims.
